Municipal Fees
Remember your municipal fees and reports to the City or Town Treasurer Dept are now due (Quarterly) no later then Jan, 15 April, 15 July, 15 October. 15 of each calander year (even if you have nothing to report, as a Constable in you must still file a report), constables having less then $500 to deposit at that time, shall hold the share for deposit until the sooner of October 15 or the time when the amount due to the city or town under this section equals or exceeds $500.
